Simple eyes exercises to improve vision

Besides eating healthy diets such as rich carotene meals, taking some eyes exercises is a natural and simple way to improve you eyes vision.

1. Two dots exercise

Sitting about 3 meters away from a wall and imagine there are two dots on the wall which the distance between those is about 0.5 m. If it is difficult to imagine, you can draw 2 small black dot on the wall. Looking at one black dot for 5-6 seconds and then slowly move the eyes to look at the remaining dot. Repeat it for 3 minutes, then close your eyes and relax.

 2. Number exercise

Print a sequence of number (ex: from 1-30) on two sheets of paper with large and small fonts. Attach the paper on the wall, the larger first, sitting away the wall about 3 meters, starting to read all the number, after finish reading all of them, change the smaller one and repeat the exercise.

3. Hand covering

Use two hands to gently cover your eyes, do not put any pressure on the eyeball. Make sure that the eyes are completely covered and no light can get through. Start focusing on the darkness and take some deep breaths. Do it 3 times a day.

4. Blink

This is one very simple way that you can do at any time to improve your vision. Blink fast for 10-15 times. For office staffs, do it at least twice a day.

5. Close your eyes

Close your eyes is a simple exercise to improve eyesight. First, close your eyes and hold tightly for 5-6 seconds, then open it for 5-6 seconds. Repeat the exercise at least 10 times/day. In addition to help your eyes to relax, it also contributes to improve vision.

6. Eye massage

Relaxing on a couch and close your eyes. Put your hand softly on your eye and massage your eyelid in a circular motion. Then, massage gently on the forehead and around the eyes. It will help to increase blood circulation to the eyes.
